Last year for Thyse's birthday we didn't do very much....actually I should say we did almost nothing to celebrate. So this year we decided he needed a party. Even if it was low key. So we decided to invite a few of our family friends with kids Thyse hangs out with to join us for a BBQ in the park.
Instead of having cake we decided to borrow a snow cone machine from Michelle Taylor (actually from her sister!) and make snow cones for everyone. Thanks Aaron for shaving all the ice and serving them up for us!
And thanks Michelle for making them so yummy.
Snow cones made it a little difficult for blowing out a candle. But what made it even harder was the wind.
In the end we just had to pretend to blow it out.
Thyse is 3!!!
